Just made a new batch....I used to hand paint them...but it became too tedious....so now I use my husqvarna designer one to make them.
Use 5/8" to 7/8"  grosgrain ribbon....and nice embroidery thread.

Pantone color for 2012 ...tangerine tango

This silk dupioni will work well for this color of the year by Pantone.....stay tuned....

Two tops...two slacks and one skirt cut out and ready to sew...although I am sick with the flu....I will try to complete the tops tonite...

So excited to begin a new  project....for the top I will use a 100% silk linen and for the pants wool crepe and a silk wool blend....I am also going to do a matching skirt...

Vintage headwraps

Very inspired by the 50-60s era right now...The dress and grooming.

These are vintage silk headwraps I made...half turban half scarf..
great for a bad hair day...or or if you just want to frame your face with beautiful silk....:-)
